Foundation Course Secondary (11-17 yrs)

Penny – Integration 1

Penny Jones is a Foundation Course teacher at ICS and is the form tutor for Integration One. She is from Surrey and studied English and Psychology at the University of Leicester . She then travelled around the world for a year to countries including Australia , Hong Kong , New Zealand , Fiji , the United States and Canada .

She trained to be an EFL teacher at the Australian College of English in Sydney and has been teaching at ICS for nearly two years. She is also in charge of organising the Discover London trips every Friday.

Penny very much enjoys teaching the wide variety of nationalities in her class and encourages and supports students as they become integrated into life in England, both in the school and in London .

Daralee – Integration 2

Daralee comes from a Finnish, Canadian and British background. She has been teaching in an EFL environment both in Vancouver and London for 5 years. Prior to that she worked as a Montessori teacher for 4 years. Her passion is for drama, dance, music and tennis. Daralee has worked at ICS Primary and Secondary for 2 years and enjoys helping the children get the most out of their English programs.
