Homestay Accommodation

Placement in homestay includes:

• Placement within a 45 minutes radius of the school
• Half board accommodation Monday to Friday
• Full board accommodation Saturday and Sunday
• Care of student's laundry
  

A minimum of three weeks notice is required to process all accommodation requests.

Accommodation for families is available upon request.

Your stay in London

Staying with a homestay family is an important part of a student's study trip. London, a vibrant, exciting cosmopolitan city attracts people who wish to work, study and travel, and is home to a wonderful mix of nationalities. Our homestay families reflect the international nature of those who live in London. For many students, living in London will not mirror the same experience they are used to at home in their own countries. Students may need to adapt to life in London. Houses are different, the food is different and family traditions are different. All our families are fluent speakers of English, ready and willing to help students improve their communication skills.

Accommodation for students aged from 10-17 years is arranged by an Accommodation Agency which has a long and trusted relationship with SKOLA schools. All the families are carefully selected, experienced with hosting, checked for suitability to work with children. We monitor every student's stay with a homestay provider to ensure the student is comfortable and happy in their new surroundings.
